Our policy lasts 15 days after ship date. If 15 days have gone by since shipping, unfortunately we can’t offer and exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where exchanged are granted: Since each piece is handmade we will only except exchanged on damaged items. We will work with you to exchange your piece for one that will be a better fit for you. Before each piece is shipped we inspect each piece to make sure there is no damage prior shipping.
Damage from wear is non-refundable. I.E. Cuffs can break in the middle if pushed down too tight and loosen too much during wear. Chains will not be refunded if they break from wear.
We advise removing all sterling jewelry before entering water, swimming, washing hands and showering.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
